This section prepares you to become a go-to expert in movement quality.

Section 2: Corrective Exercise Techniques

Apply targeted strategies to restore movement and reduce dysfunctions. Use inhibitory techniques to address muscle overactivity, implement stretching methods to improve flexibility, and activate underused muscles through isolated strengthening exercises. Integrate dynamic movements that restore body balance and support long-term performance. This section equips you with the tools to design smarter, more effective corrective programs that help your clients move from pain to performance.

Section 3: Assessment

Accurately identify movement dysfunctions. Gather client history, assess posture, and conduct movement and mobility evaluations to highlight imbalances and limitations. Use static, dynamic, and targeted mobility assessments to guide your programming decisions. This section provides the tools needed to perform effective assessments and build the foundation for personalized corrective strategies that restore optimal movement and prevent injury.

Section 4: Programming Strategies

Design corrective programs that target dysfunctions and restore optimal movement. Apply strategies specific to the following regions: foot and ankle, knees, hips, spine, shoulders, and upper limbs.
