Examine the psychological factors that drive weight loss, such as resilience, willpower, and adherence, and their impact on client success. This section provides you with evidence-based tools to coach with precision and compassion.
Section 4: Client Assessments
Start strong with strategic assessments. Establish a comprehensive intake process that considers clients’ history, lifestyle, and goals. Conduct physical assessments that reveal starting points and guide program design. This section provides you with the tools needed to assess your clients’ current situation, so you can clearly, confidently, and thoughtfully define the direction they need to take.
Section 5: The Weight Loss Coaching Process
Coach to achieve tangible results. Develop nutrition and exercise programs tailored to your clients’ lifestyles, goals, and challenges. Apply strategies that promote adherence, track progress, and incorporate non-exercise activity thermogenesis (NEAT) for added impact.
