Informations pratiques
Regarding the duration of the training:
- 42 hours of classroom training
- 15 hours of field training, supervised by a training supervisor
Regarding the training location:
- The training will take place at JIMS in Meiser.
- A large free underground car park is available.

Certification obtenue
🏅 What is EREPS Level 3 / EQF Level 3 certification? EREPS 3 / EQF 3 certification attests that you are qualified to practise as a Fitness Instructor, according to European standards established by EuropeActive and recognised by the European Qualifications Framework (EQF).
📘 Technical details: EQF 3: Level 3 of the European Qualifications Framework – corresponds to a professional capable of applying general training protocols, following safety instructions and providing basic technical supervision to clients in a structured setting.
EREPS 3: Registration in the EREPS register as a Fitness Instructor (or Gym Instructor depending on the country and context).
🎯 What this means for you: By obtaining EREPS 3 / EQF 3 certification, you are recognised as a qualified professional to supervise indoor fitness sessions, complying with safety instructions, general client needs and pre-established programmes.
✅ You are trained in the basics of anatomy, physiology, biomechanics and technical coaching.

✅ You work primarily in a supervised or structured environment: gym, fitness centre, circuit training, etc.
